The band took a hiatus in mid-2011 due to Mike having joint replacement surgery on his fretting hand but Mike is back and so the band is back to regular playing. We are excited that the recorded performances are getting viewed a lot which confirms what we know which is that there are a lot of fusion music fans out there even if the mainstream media (not to mention so called alternative media) ignore it. We also recently added several videos to the website. These videos were recorded before Mike’s surgery using multiple cameras and edited by Mark resulting in good quality video that is worth checking out. Links are available on this website.
The band has been busy writing as well and is working up new songs, mostly in interesting time signatures, such as “When I Was Fifteen” (in 15/8) and “Black Jack” (in 21/8). You can hear these songs performed live on our streams.
